For many years, Louise Gulick was a private chef for a Whitefish area couple. Along the way, she sensed the need for a fine culinary catering business in Whitefish.  She knew people wanted great food, so how would she go about establishing the business?  As luck would have it, she found an established kitchen in a terrific location, the Whitefish Mountain Mall.  Soon she would turn her vision into a reality.  Utilizing her secret family recipes, Louise launched Luizanne's, Inc. in May of 2002 and has never looked back.
